• 2.7.0 release uses GRUB instead of LILO. This allows better support for booting and also network booting.
• Filesystem is now ext3 (instead of reiserfs) with small journaling (1Mb) and ordered data to better preserve compact flash integrity.
• Libraries and binary programs compatible with latest big linux distros (Gentoo, Fedora 5, etc)
• Added serial-console support that allows users to login via a serial connection. (See below for user information)
