Hi, well I probably was a bit foolish to think a distro that you buy has some useability - but hey ?!? I wanted a simpel Linux Box to watch the odd movie and play music, customised / optimised for VIA Boards - that is waht iMedia Linux (seem) to offer ... OK I ordered it, downloaded it and created an bootable cd -> Version 5.0.4 (MMS) - install on an USB Stick and grub will not contineue until you remove the "serial .." entry from the grub.conf - install on an HDD boots than system freezes after several installs ended up testing Version 3.0 Workstation install and the resolution ist too high for my screen and performance is simply bad ! I wonder why the latets Versions of DSL and Knoppix boot / work like a charme and on top the performance is OK ... So what is the trick to get it to work ? (get some debug info ? set another resolution ?)
