We have hyperterminaled into the iMedia boxes and are trying to get them to use the OS loaded on the compact flash cards that we imaged the file onto - software was downloaded from this site. The commands that we were given with the instructions do not work. Are there other commands that we can use? We need help with this - our camera's were suppose to be installed several weeks ago but due to our problem we are unable to complete our job at this time. Thank you, BlueMatrix
