Hello, I purchased the latest release and installed it on an Via Epia M6000 with 512MB ram and a SanDisk 256MB CF card inserted into the Minibox M200-LCD enclosures' card reader, which is recognised as a primary IDE master by the BIOS. When the machine boots first time after a fresh installation on clean media, GRUB loads and than halts and the machine reboots. I tried the solution provided under the following link as well, without any result: http://www.imedialinux.com/forum/booting_5_0_1_from_cf_results_in as well as removing the line with "serial..." in grub.conf and trying different kernel options like noide and noapic. I have been trying and waiting for a funtional release that would install on this machine since may '07 without any result. What can I do to get this working? Regards, Stephan

Fixed it by opting for i586 kernel instead of hardware specific one.
